Terms of Use
Last updated
By using phdnursingprograms.com you accept these terms. They are short because the site is a publisher rather than a service.
What the Rankings Are
Editorial opinion, produced by applying a published scoring model to public data. The model and its weights are on the methodology page, and you can disagree with them. A rank is not a statement that one program is better than another for you, and it is not advice about what you should study or where.
Accuracy
Program details come from federal datasets and from the universities' own pages, read at a point in time. Universities change credit counts, deadlines, funding and delivery format regularly, and some of what is here will be out of date. Before you apply anywhere, confirm the detail with the university directly. We correct errors when we learn about them, and help@hakia.com is how to tell us.
This site is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of what is published here, including admissions, enrolment and financial decisions.
Money
This site may receive compensation when readers request information from or enrol in programs featured here. Sponsored placements are labelled. Federal program data, wage data and research funding figures are pulled from official records and reported the same way regardless of partnership status.
Using What Is Here
The words, the scoring model and the arrangement of the data on this site are ours. You may quote a reasonable extract with a link back. You may not copy the rankings wholesale, scrape the site to rebuild the dataset elsewhere, or republish substantial parts of it without permission.
The underlying federal data is public and belongs to nobody. IPEDS, BLS and NIH RePORTER are all free to use at source, and the links are on the methodology page.
University Names and Marks
University names and logos belong to those universities. Naming a program here is journalism and does not imply the university endorses this site or is affiliated with it.
Changes
These terms change from time to time, and the date at the top of the page moves when they do.
